The mission of the National Eating Disorders Association is to support individuals and families affected by eating disorders, and serve as a catalyst for prevention, cures and access to quality care. Their website offers support options for those struggling and resources for family members/friends. NEDA takes part in community events and provides other opportunities for individuals to receive support and create awareness of eating disorders.

The mission of the YWCA of Northwest Ohio is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. They provide support for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence housing, childcare resources, youth development resources, housing resources, address racial injustice and offer a Healthy Connections Program that focuses on breast cancer screenings and infant mortality rates.

The mission of United Way 2-1-1 is to connect individuals and families to social services 24 hours a day, every day of the year. They provide accurate and timely assessment, information and service navigation to help people understand their options, resolve problems and improve their lives. Suicide Prevention Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across the United States. The Lifeline is comprised of a national network of over 150 local crisis centers, combining custom local care and resources with national standards and best practices. The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network is the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline (800.656.HOPE, online.rainn.org & rainn.org/es) in partnership with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country and operates the DoD Safe Helpline for the Department of Defense.
